Since establishing mclaughlin associates in 1995, Moira has been helping leaders, L&D professionals and coaches to grow their expertise and confidence in developing people and their organisations. Building on her 13 years previous experience as a public sector manager, she works with a wide range of clients in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors in the UK, Europe, Asia and N America – including universities, charities and global consultancies.
As a Master Practitioner Coach, Moira has a particular passion for, and expertise in virtual working - coaching, supervision and Action Learning - and has enabled many practitioners and organisations to harness the potential of remote collaboration and learning. She has presented at international and UK conferences (eg '19th Global Forum on Leadership and Organisational Development' in Davos, Switzerland) and her Master’s research underpins her skill development programmes with coaches and facilitators, and her work with supervisees.

Drawing on 20 years experience as a technical consultant and project manager in a variety of large organisations, John helps senior management groups and individuals to achieve positive organisational and personal change through leadership development, action learning, coaching and facilitation. He is particularly experienced in working with technically gifted individuals who would like to add leadership and management skills to their repertoire.
